How will my order ship and how long does shipping take?
Orders are generally dispatched within the processing time announced on homepage banner (top of the page), by Pos Malaysia, Fedex or DHL, depending on the courier you choose during checkout. 

***We are unable to ship to PO boxes***

Estimated delivery time frame **subject to custom clearance**
Asia → 10 - 20 business days
Canada (we only ship to selected areas) → 5 - 7 business days
Australia / North America → 20 - 35 
business days
South America / Europe → 20 - 35 business days
Middle East → 20 - 35 business days 

Can i track my order?
To keep shipping cost low and affordable, orders are generally shipped UNTRACKED unless a tracking number is purchased when you check out. Please note that shipping labels are printed in advance and tracking activity will only be seen 2-3 business days after your order is marked as shipped.

I need my purchases urgently. Can you do express shipping?
Yes, we can!
We ship all express shipments by Fedex or DHL. It arrives in 5 to 7 business days once dispatched.
(Shipping option is available when you check out, not applicable to certain countries)
**Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be expedited

Change of Address
Address change is NOT POSSIBLE once your order is placed, so please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. The easiest way is to place a new order and contact us to have your old one canceled. 

Order Cancellation
Cancellation request can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we charge a 10% restocking fee (except address change orders) 

Shipping Delay
Delivery estimates provided are accurate most of the times but delays can happen caused by a number of reasons beyond our control such as (custom clearance, bad weather, holiday / peak seasons delay etc). Should your parcel not arrive within the delivery estimates please allow more time for it to arrive before contacting us

What happens if my package is lost?
Packages are not considered lost until 60 days from the day of shipping (70 days for South America / European countries) 
Should it unfortunately be lost, we will send a replacement for the orders.

Should buyers opt for a refund, cost for the items purchased will be reimbursed EXCLUDING the shipping fees
(we cannot refund shipping fees under any circumstances)

For packages marked as 'delivered' but not received / Package Theft
Papergeekco.com is not responsible for package(s) marked as 'delivered'  but not received

If your order is shipped by Fedex please contact your local Fedex office for details and create a ticket. Include us in your email exchanges so we can follow up and file a claim.

If your order is shipped by regular mail with a tracking number please contact your local post office to file a claim.
